VSI5X series crushers are widely used in metal and nonmetal mine, concrete, fireproof material, abrasive filler, frit, construction aggregate, sand, metallurgy and so on. VSI5X series crushers are applied to medium-fine crush all of the ore and rock such as iron ore, nonferrous metal, emery, bauxite, granite and so on.
VSI5X series crushers Features:
VSI5X series vertical shaft crushers adopt Germanic advanced technique and obtain many proprietary intellectual property rights and the patent technology as well as integrate with three types of crushing who have been the core equipments in sand making industry. The new type of high-efficiency crushers obtains the following advantages:
1. Optimized deep-cavity rotor improve the material throughput by about 30%
2. Part-worn around protecting plate can be reversed end for end to use again which improve the operating factor by more than 48%.
3. Assembled hammer reduces the cost by more than 30%. In addition, adding the assistant hammer which protects the frame when the main hammer is worn.
4. The core wear resistant material adopts the American high-standard wear resistant material.
5. Adopting the lozenge impact plate protects the frame better.
